Story Notes:

This is my first Stargate story. It takes place roughly in the seventh season, though there are no spoilers beyond the major ones. As long as you know the who and what of Stargate, and what changes Daniel went through in Seasons 5,6, and 7, you'll be fine here. The rest is my imagination.
